2. ORDERING- Orders may be placed by mail or online. We use a secure online shopping cart with many payment options. You can even place your order online and send a check.
3. PAYMENT- We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks and money orders. Be sure to include your phone number when sending check or money order by mail. We do not begin processing check orders until we have received the check.
4. SHIPPING- USA FREE USPS first-class shipping for all USA orders over $35.00!! (after any other discounts given.) USPS Priority shipping is available. Standard shipping and handling cost is $3.75 for orders less than $10.00, $4.25 for orders $10.00- $20.00, and $4.75 for orders $20.00-35.00. You may select your shipping option and see costs during the ordering process. Thread and accessory orders are shipped within 3-4 business days, patterns with a numerical code between 4-7 days and patterns with a code containing letters may take up to six weeks as they are special ordered. CANADIAN ORDERS: $10.00 is charged up front and any necessary increase or decrease adjustment is made upon shipping. The current US postal rates to Canada are as follows:
First class: Up to 1 pound is $5.00, up to 2 pounds is $9.00, up to 3 pounds is 13.00 and up to 4 pounds is 17.00.
Priority: Up to 1 pound is $20.00, up to 2 pounds is $22.00, up to 3 pounds is $23.00and up to 4 pounds is $25.25. When possible we will use flat rate boxes and envelopes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping for international orders excluding Canada begins at $12.00 with the maximum being $35.00. We will only ship leaflets and patterns on international orders.
5. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS- Do not accept damaged goods from carriers. All orders leave our warehouse in excellent condition. All damaged claims must be reported within 48 hours to delivery carriers. Receiving customer is responsible for filing damage claims with the delivery carrier.
6. RETURNS – We are not able to accept returns for leaflets, chart, floss, special orders or opened kits. With prior authorization, other returns may be made within 30 days. All returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. Shipping and handling charges are never refundable. Actual shipping charges are not refunded for returns on free shipping orders. Please contact us prior to making any returns. Your satisfaction is our number one concern!
7. PRICING- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Please check our web site often for the latest pricing. In the event an items price is grossly in error, we reserve the right to charge the current price or correct the price for that item.
8. BACKORDERS – Product availability is subject to our distributor’s stock on hand. If an item is out of stock or no longer available from any of our distributors or the manufacturer, a partial order may be shipped. We reserve the right to not process backorders. Due to our free shipping policy we reserve the right to not ship backorders separately from the original order. Options that may be taken by the customer: Cancel the backorder(s), refunds will be made for any items not in your shipment, and re-order at a later date. Request the order be shipped and the backorder be shipped on your next order. Leave the order with us and we will continue to re-order the item until it arrives. You will be notified one time upon our second attempt to order the product. If we do not hear from you we will continue to re-order for you until the product arrives.
